Penguins of Madagascar Audio Replacment

In one of my final course projects, we were tasked with replacing all of the dialogue, music, and sound effects of a movie scene. I chose a scene from The Penguins of Madagascar as an animated movie requires a unique array of difficult sound effects. During the process of completing this project, we learned how to properly use Digital Performer 9, create ADR track sheets to stay organized, and record and edit the dialogue, background tracks, and foley.

This process was split into three distinct segments to allow us to learn and dive deep into each recording and editing process. All of the music heard throughout the movie scene was created through MIDI. I utilized the Purdue University recording studio to record the dialogue and necessary foley.
